I'm one of those guys that over-thinks everything, analyzes, sees it from other perspectives, blah blah blah. It can be a good trait or a bad trait. This song focuses on the bad trait time of it and how sometimes I get so full of self doubt that I feel paralyzed. It's about the whole pattern of thought that happens when I get this way; but usually I'm able to pull myself out of it and do what I think is right. But sometimes other people are disappointed or hurt by this, and that's no easy thing...
